Frequently Asked Questions

Allocations ship twice a year in the spring and fall. If you join between allocations, you'll receive a welcome email and be included in the next release.
Your member discount kicks in as soon as you join and applies year-round. So we can get you the current release wines at your membership discount.
Before each allocation, you will receive an email from to select your wines and coordinate pickup or delivery.
No fee to join, you just pay for your recurring wine allocations.

You’ll put your card on file at signup to secure your allocation, but we hate subscription traps as much as you do. There are no monthly membership fees. Your card only gets tapped twice a year—once in the Spring and once in the Fall—specifically when the new vintages are released.
Absolutely. Life happens, and we get it. If you just need to sit a vintage out, give me a shout before your allocation window opens and I’ll hit pause and hold your spot for the next round.
