Marr Estate Vineyards | Chehalem Mountains AVA | Willamette Valley, Oregon

Every bubble of this intrepid Pinot Noir is a frantic messenger sent to inform your palate that the mundane world is officially closed for the evening. It possesses a zippy energy usually reserved for hummingbirds and toddlers who have just discovered grandma’s candy bowl. It is liquid optimism with a crisp finish that treats gravity as a loose suggestion. Brightand refreshingly irreverent, it provides the kind of zing that can jump-start a stalled conversation on a dull Tuesday without breaking a sweat.

Enjoy With

This sparkling Pinot Rosé is all about energy and elegance. It’s got some seriously lively "bubbly action" that keeps it feeling light and airy on the palate, but don’t let the delicate body fool you. It leads with those classic Pinot notes—think tart Rainier cherries and wild berries—that stick around way longer than you’d expect. That surprisingly long, crisp finish is the real star here, giving it a sophisticated edge that makes every sip feel like a bit of a celebration.

Since this has such great effervescence and a lingering finish, you’ll want appetizers that can play off those bubbles. It’s a dream pairing for salty, hard cheeses like aged Gruyère or Parmesan crisps—the bubbles act like a palate cleanser while the wine’s fruitiness balances the salt. For a bit more flair, try it with smoked salmon blinis or even truffle fries; the lightness of the wine keeps things refreshing, but that long finish ensures the Pinot character doesn't get lost against the savory, earthy flavors.

Copious Notes

Every single grape in this sparkling rosé comes from a tiny, exclusive one-acre vineyard tucked away in the prestigious Chehalem Mountains AVA—in fact, we buy the entire harvest from this special site! The blend is 93% Pinot Noir and 7% Chardonnay. To give the wine its beautiful depth and complexity, the Pinot Noir portion is a curated mix of four classic clones: Pommard, 777, 115, and Wädenswil.

Hand-harvested in mid-September, the grapes were immediately pressed and fermented in stainless steel until fully dry. But bubbles change the game! During our carbonation trials, we realized the dry base wine needed just a tiny touch of backsweetening. This subtle tweak was the magic key—it perfectly balances the sharp bite of the carbonic acid, softening the palate and letting that gorgeous, vibrant fruit profile truly sing.

These Bubbles are like your favorite pink wine’s cool, bubbly cousin, bringing all those gorgeous berry vibes with a sophisticated finish that just won’t quit.
