Our grape growers are more than just suppliers; they’re vineyards sprawling across hillsides like elaborate tattoos on Mother Nature’s sun-freckled skin. These aren’t your button-down agricultural technicians but rather dirt-worshipping devotees who’ve learned to interpret the whispers exchanged between loam and roots. Quality fruit, in their mystical lexicon, translates roughly to “grapes that have been properly seduced by the right combination of sunshine, rainwater, and the slight suspicion that something magical and possibly irreverent is transpiring just beneath the soil.”
Destiny Ridge Vineyard
We are so lucky to be working with Jarrod and his family from their Destiny Ridge Vineyard, They believe that environmental stewardship is key to producing exceptional wines now and in the future. Their sustainable farming philosophy emphasizes water conservation, composting, beneficial cover crops, natural pest control, vine balance, and energy efficiency, leveraging Washington's ideal growing conditions. This commitment to stewardship reflects their belief that caring for the land is essential for crafting the best wines, now and for generations to come.

Knox Road Vineyard
Walt and Katie at Knox road have been amazing partners to us and the winemaking community. Their dedication to Rhone style varietals was a perfect fit for Copious. Their 20-acre vineyard was planted in 2011 in the eastern Yakima Valley AVA, focusing on red Rhône varieties. This site, ranging from 850 to 775 feet in elevation, is ideally suited to these grapes, which offer a wide range of blending options for creating complex and nuanced wines. They are a Registered Vineyard Block, ensuring certified clean plant material.
