Living Room Wines

Sometimes wine is more than what’s in the glass—it’s the stories behind it. For this week’s Wine Wednesday, we’re welcoming @copious_cellars, a project born from one of those stories: a father and son making wine together for fun, learning as they went, and savoring time spent side by side.

Winemaker Tyson Smith started making wine in 2013 to spend time with his dad, a retired scientist with a love for Cabernet and a gift for meticulous record-keeping. When his dad passed unexpectedly in 2018, those notes—pages of experiments, dreams, and data—became a lifeline, and the beginning of Copious, a project rooted in memory, curiosity, and transformation.

Tyson will be here pouring three beautiful summery wines THIS WEDNESDAY from 5-7! Each bottle is a tribute to doing what you love with the people you love—and finding your own way forward when they’re gone.

THE LINEUP:
🌼 2024 Viognier – Bright and floral, with juicy stone fruit and citrus blossom. A lively solo star.

🌤️ 2024 Stratus – A Rhône-inspired blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier. Textured, layered, and beautifully balanced.

🌸 2024 Grenache Rosé – Dry, crisp, and brimming with strawberry and citrus. Perfect for summer sipping.
